Thursday:  7pm Weight Training 101

Friday:  6am Fitness Conditioning

Saturday:  9am Strength and Conditioning / 10:30am Fitness Conditioning

Class Descriptions

Corrective Exercise Labs

Corrective Exercise labs will be special additions to the class schedule, and will have a separate sign up and drop in fee.  These labs are intended to help educate members and coaches on up to date training applications that help improve positional awareness, address muscle imbalances, dysfunctions, and lifting form.
